Do you use fragrance oil?
No, we do not use any fragrance oils or essential oils.

What ingredients do you use for your products? 

Each product has a list of the exact ingredients in the description of each product listing.  

How to care for your natural soap?
Use an elevated soap dish that drains.
Keep soap dry between uses and keep away from excess moisture.

Do you make custom orders?
No not at this time.

How can I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting this link USPS TRACKING and typing in your tracking number that was sent to your email when your order was shipped.   What carrier do you use to ship packages? We use the United States Post Office (USPS)

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Master, Discover, & American Express.

Do I have to have a Paypal account to make a purchase?
No you can checkout as a guest simply click pay with Paypal scrolled down and press pay with credit or debit card  

Can I come to your location and shop?

No not at this time, we are an online only store. However we do have pop up shops and I always send an email to remind my customers when and where I will be.
